UOB is a public university located in the downtown area of Quetta, Balochistan. The University of Balochistan was established in June 1970 through an ordinance issued by the then Governor of Balochistan. In June 1996, the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan passed the University of Balochistan Act 1996. Thus the University of Balochistan became the sole general university of the province, imparting higher education in arts, science, commerce and humanities.
The University has 4 institutes and 5 centers. Fine Arts Department was established in March 1984. Fine Arts Department deals with painting, drawing, sculpture and graphic art as well as historical theories of human development through the ages. More then 11000 students study in UOB University of Balochistan. In the beginning university started with three departments, Physics, Chemistry and Geology in 1971. Now university has 46 departments. - Eligible applicants for the test can download their roll number slips from online portal.
- List of candidates/ roll no slip can be check in two following ways.
- First way is to check is via name. While the other method to download is through identity card number (CNIC).
- After entering name or id card number (CNIC). Candidates can view the test date, test time as well as test center.
