KARACHI-State Life has commissioned the check deposit facility in all regional offices for the convenience and convenience of its insured. For this purpose, the company has placed drop boxes at the entrance of all regional offices, which can be used both on working days and on holidays, in accordance with all SOPs. A copy of the check / claim policy has also been placed in drop boxes to guide policyholders. In the case of a third party deposit, Form-III is available in drop boxes that must be completed by the custodian and submitted with a copy of their CNIC.
In case of incompatibility, policyholders will not receive the application. Note that third party submissions will not be accepted without Form-III. For additional guidance, there is information material around the opened boxes and accordingly the correct amount, policy number and mobile phone number should be clearly written on the check. Depositors should avoid overwriting and ensure that the amount in numbers and words is similar.
