Rizwan’s first Test century, Pakistan’s position stable in 2nd Test Against SA

Mohammad Rizwan’s stunning century in the second innings of the Pindi Test has given Pakistan a lead of over 350 runs against South Africa.

On the fourth day of the Pindi Test, Pakistan started their second innings at 129 for six with Mohammad Rizwan (28) and Hassan Ali Safar at the wicket.

Hassan Ali scored 5 runs and fell victim to Maharaj while Yasir Shah was dismissed after playing an innings of 23 runs but on the other hand Mohammad Rizwan continued to advance his and the team’s score and he completed his fifty.

Noman Ali also batted well and scored 45 runs with the help of 6 fours and 2 sixes while Mohammad Rizwan completed his first century in Test cricket with the help of 12 fours off 185 balls.

Pakistan have scored 293 runs for the loss of 9 wickets, Mohammad Rizwan is present at the wicket with 114 runs and the national team has an overall lead of 364 runs over the Proteas.

It may be recalled that Pakistan had scored 272 runs in its first innings in response to which the South African team was bowled out for 201 runs.
