Increase in Corona cases, Micro Smart Lock down has been implemented in 7 USCs of West District of Karachi for the next 14 days. According to the notification, double riding of motorcycles, social events and commercial activities will be banned in the affected areas and industrial units will also remain closed. Groceries, medical stores and other essentials will be open at certain times.
On the other hand, according to the latest figures from the National Command and Operations Center, 63 people died from the corona virus, bringing the death toll to 9,992. The number of confirmed cases of Corona in Pakistan has reached 475,085.During the last 24 hours, 1,776 new cases were reported, 136,669 in Punjab, 212,093 in Sindh, 57,746 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 18,099 in Balochistan, 4,853 in Gilgit-Baltistan and Islam. 37,390 cases were reported in Abad while 8,235 cases were reported in Azad Kashmir.
So far 66,19,983 people have been tested across the country, 30,666 new tests have been done in the last 24 hours, so far 4,25,494 patients have recovered while the condition of 2,259 patients is critical.In Pakistan, 63 people died from corona in one day, bringing the death toll from the virus to 9,992. 3,959 patients died in Punjab, 3,502 in Sindh, 1,617 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 412 in Islamabad, 182 in Balochistan, 101 in Gilgit-Baltistan and 219 in Azad Kashmir.
