Add Tunes To Your Instagram Notes Updates

As part of your Notes update, you can now include a 30-second clip of your favorite song. Previously, you had to fill out the artist and song names in order to publish a song update via Notes. The song could not be directly linked to your Notes update. But now that there has been a fresh update, everything has changed.

The song of your choosing as well as the accompanying written instructions can be added. Please be aware that the shared song won’t play on its own. To hear the sample, your friends must tap on your Notes update. Instagram is also anticipated to include a translation button in the upcoming days so users may submit notes in many languages.

For those who are unaware, Instagram Notes lets you submit emoticons and disappearing text. There is a 60-character limit on them. The top of the DM section will also display any Notes you add from the top of the DMs section. The contacts of your close friends and the individuals you follow will be able to see these updates. Additionally, they will be able to respond to your Notes.

How to Add Music to Instagram Notes

  • In the top left corner of Instagram, in the DM section, click the ‘Add Note’ symbol.
  • You may now add your favorite music by choosing the “Music” icon found below your profile picture on the Add Note page. To add your most recent Note update, click “Share”.
  • You and the people you follow will be able to see it at the top of the DM list. You have the option to edit the existing note or create a new one.

Everyone can now use the function. So go ahead and tell your buddies about your Instagram groove for the day!
