The Government of Pakistan created the National Archives of Pakistan with the aim of conserving and making accessible both public and private archives that are relevant to Pakistan’s history, culture, and heritage.

The open positions will be filled in accordance with the Federal Government’s Recruiting Policy. Those with prior government service may also submit an application for this position.

Residents of Punjab, Sindh Rural, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Sindh Urban, Balochistan, and Local Areas are eligible to apply for these positions, which are vacant in Islamabad and Karachi. For each post, the provincial quotas are described. For the Open Merit Base Vacancies, candidates from all around Pakistan are welcome to apply.
