A circular from the Sindh Department of School Education and Literacy outlines the revised school hours for colleges and schools for the academic year 2022–2023 beginning on April 1, 2023, as well as during Ramadan Kareem.
School hours will be from 8:00 am to 1:30 pm for one shift ( From Monday – Thursday). Friday hours are from 8:00 am until 12:30 pm.
The first shift of a double-shift school runs from 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. (Monday through Thursday) and from 07:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. ( Friday). Timings for the second shift are from 01:00 to 05:00 and from 10:45 to 04:45. ( Friday).

Ramazan The single-shift school day runs from 7:30 am to 11:00 am on weekdays and from 7:30 am to 12:00 pm on weekends ( Friday).
All public colleges and schools in other provinces and the capital city will adhere to their own, as of yet unannounced, schedules.
