The top university in Pakistan for management sciences and associated degrees is the Institute of Business Administration, located in Karachi. IBA Karachi and the Ihsan Trust have jointly supported the National Talent Hunt Program (NTHP), which offers scholarships. Students are chosen for admission to the IBA’s BBA and BS degree programs from all around Pakistan. The IBA National Talent Hunt Program is open to students from all around Pakistan.
Applications for the IBA National Talent Hunt program can be filed latest by March 05, 2023. The evaluation test will take place on March 26, 2023. The IBA Talent Hunt program is open to students who passed their matriculation exams in 2021 with at least a 70% grade point average and who also took the HSSC-I (first year) examinations in 2022 or the Inter exams in 2022.
Selected IBA academics, mentors, and other trainers who have established their competence in their respective domains will lead the orientation training.
All trainees will need to take the IBA aptitude test for BBA/BS degree programs after completing orientation training.
Those who are admitted to the BBA, BS (Accounting & Finance), BS (Social Sciences & Liberal Arts), BS (Computer Sciences), BS (Economics & Mathematics), and BS (Economics) degree programs on the basis of merit will be given consideration for up to 100% of the Qarz-e-Hasna scholarship or other arrangements against tuition fees and other expenses, depending on the student’s need for the aforementioned 4-year degree programs and The IBA-IT NTHP does not cover the summer semester.
For continued access to their facilities, students enrolled in the IBA-IT NTHP program must maintain a cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 2.5 or above. They will be put on probation in case they get another chance to improve their grades in the subsequent semester if their grades fall below this cutoff. In case they fail to improve their grades offered facilities may be withheld/withdrawn depending on case to case basis.
Eligibility Criteria
Students who will be taking the HSSC Level-II exams in 2023 and who received 70% or higher in their Matric exams or HSSC-I exams administered by the Pakistani Board of Intermediate Education in 20202 or 2021.

Those who are unable to complete the online application form can download it and mail it to the “Director, the IBA National Talent Hunt Program, IBA Main Campus, University Road, Karachi” by March 5, 2023.
In order to prepare for admission to BBA and BS degree programs, selected students will be called to IBA Karachi to take part in a two-month training program.
Selected students will get free training, boarding and lodging, a stipend, and study materials as part of the orientation training program.
