Pakistan Railways Carriage Factory Tender Notice March 2023
- The tender must be dropped in time on or before the due date in the Tender Box in the office of DCOS/CF/Islamabad not later than 12:00 PM on 04-04-2023, and the tender will be opened at 12:30 PM publicly on the same date in the presence of bidders or their representatives having valid authority letter from their respective organization.
- Regarding the issuing and receipt of bidding documents and proposals and the like, the department will not be held liable for any delays or failures in delivery that a courier company or the post office may cause.
- We will not take into consideration any bids that are received after the allotted period has passed.
- Offers must be adequately packaged and labeled with the tender number; otherwise, they risk being rejected on the day the bidding opens.
